A conveyor belt consists of two or more pulleys, with a continuous loop of belt that rotates about them. The belt consists of one or more layers of different materials depending upon its application. An under layer of material to provide linear strength and shape called a carcass and an uper layer called the cover. The most common carcass materials are polyester, nylon and cotton. The most common material for cover is rubber and Leather. We deal in Leather Only. We provide export quality leather for Conveyor Belt such as Leather sandwich belts which manufactured from specially tanned flexible chrome leather. This kind of conveyor belt is used in industries such as textile, cement, paper and stone crushing for some very specific purposes. Depending upon its versatile usage, we provide this leather in different thickness ranging from 1.5 mm to 3 mm.
